A Loon Lake man will be in Saskatoon Provincial Court on July 8th for sentencing related to charges from the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit.

Police say a concerned grandparent made a complaint on January 16th that their grandson was being sexually lured through social media.

A suspect was identified and on January 22nd, officers executed a search warrant at his temporary home in Saskatoon where a cell phone was seized and a 26 year old man was arrested.

Steven Joseph’s charges are possession of child pornography, luring a child, and obtaining for consideration the sexual services of a person under 18.
