Around six o’clock Monday night, Saskatoon Police say officers saw a 29 year old man throwing large stones at vehicles, including a patrol car, at the corner of Idylwyld and 25th Street.
Police allege that, when officers tried to speak to the man, he pulled a knife. The officers say they could not convince him to drop the knife so they tasered him.
He was taken into custody, then to hospital as a precaution, and now he faces possible weapons-related charges.
