A male inmate at the Regina Correctional Centre has died. The Ministry of Corrections and Policing says he was found unresponsive in his cell and was declared dead around 8 Thursday morning. The RCMP is investigating and the Ministry will be conducting an internal investigation. The death has also been referred to the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
