Microsurfacing on Circle Drive Begins

Circle Drive between Avenue C and 22nd Street will have rotating closures starting Sunday night for microsurfacing. Each location will take one night to complete weather permitting.

  • Circle Drive southbound ramps to and from 33rd Street will be closed on Sunday night, August 30, starting at 7:00 p.m.
  • Circle Drive southbound curb lanes west of the 33rd Street ramp to Laurier Drive will be closed on Monday night, August 31 starting at 10:30 pm. Motorists will not have access to Laurier Drive from Circle Drive and are encouraged to use the Confederation Drive or 22nd Street West exits.
  • Circle Drive southbound curb lanes from Ave C North to the 33rd Street ramp area will be closed on Monday night, August 31, starting at 7:00 p.m. Motorists will not have access to Airport Drive from Circle Drive and are encouraged to use Ave C North.
  • Circle Drive southbound median lane from Ave C N to Laurier will be closed on Tuesday, September 1, starting at 7:00pm
