Clarence Avenue will be closed between Bute and Ruth streets for emergency water and sewer connection work starting at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. Detours will be in place. The project is expected to take two days to complete. That’s if all goes according to plan.
Saskatoon Transit may be affected.
