There is a new group which as of Tuesday morning, will be able to book their COVID-19 vaccinations.
As of 8 a.m., all remaining healthcare workers meeting the criteria for Phase 1 eligibility can book their vaccination by phone.
The list was expanded in February to include those involved in delivering the vaccines in Phase 2, including physicians, pharmacists and other health care providers.
As of Monday at 8, booking eligibility was expanded for both the online and phone system for individuals 70 and over, but the Saskatchewan Health Authority is encouraging everyone to book online when possible.
In the Northern Administrative District, those who are 50 to 69 years old, can call for their appointments but online booking is not available for this group at this time.
However, those in the district who are 70 and over, can book online.
