The charges have been withdrawn for a man arrested in connection to a Saskatoon Police investigation of a young boy on the roof of a home last winter. Over the noon hour on December 7th, police responded to the 600 block of Lenore Drive, and when officers arrived, others had already gotten him down.
Police allege another boy was found confined to a bedroom. There were two boys, ages four and seven, and a ten year old girl, living in the home.
Three days later, a man and woman were arrested. The woman was charged with assault with a weapon, failing to provide necessities of life, criminal negligence causing bodily harm and forcible confinement. The charge of assault with a weapon and assault have been withdrawn against a 28 year old man.
