Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has made an arrest in relation to the April 17th, death of 24 year-old Daxon Levi Hornick-Schmidt of Lloydminster.
An autopsy conducted by the Saskatoon Office of the Saskatchewan Coroners Service determined the manner of death to be a homicide. 35 year-old Lance Dwayne Littlewolfe of North Battleford, was arrested in North Battleford, on Friday. Littlewolfe has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
Following a judicial hearing, Littlewolfe was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in Lloydminster Provincial Court on Monday.
