An RCMP officer conducted a traffic stop in Nipawin early Saturday morning just before 4, and it is reported the officer noticed shotgun shells in the vehicle, so a vehicle search was conducted. Police say over 100 grams of suspected meth, about 12 grams of suspected fentanyl, two guns with suppressors attached, a modified firearm, multiple loaded magazines and rounds of ammunition, along with drug-related paraphernalia were seized. Twenty-six year old Ross Holmes is facing sixteen charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking and firearm-related charges.
