Last Thursday, La Ronge RCMP executed a search warrant at a trap line south of the town, leading to drug and weapons charges. Police allege seizing three firearms, ammunition, 30 grams of cocaine and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
A man and woman were arrested. Thirty-three year old Floyd Ratt is facing 28 drug and weapons-related charges and 28 year old Mary Johnson is facing 17. Both are scheduled to appear in court on September 7th.
