The Saskatoon Police Service is requesting the public’s help to locate a 46 year old man who may be in a vulnerable state. Shawn Wiebe was last seen on Tuesday around noon driving in a black 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. He is described as 6’3″ and 150 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes.
