The October 4 death of Jeremy Wade Charles is now being investigated as a homicide by the Prince Albert Police Service.
Charles was assaulted during the noon hour of October 2 in the 700 block of 18th Street West in Prince Albert.
The Prince Albert Police Service and Parkland Ambulance found the 29-year-old victim unconscious and transported him to hospital. However, he was declared deceased on Monday.
The Prince Albert Crime Reduction Team, the Forensic Identification Section of the P-A Police Service and the Chief Coroner’s office continue to investigate.
Anyone who witnessed the assault or has information of any kind regarding Jeremy Wade Charles’ whereabouts on October 1 or 2 is asked to contact the Prince Albert Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
