Kamsack RCMP say they are investigating an accident involving a side-by-side that took place just this past Saturday shortly after 7 p.m.
The accident occurred west of Runnymede and RCMP say a man driving, with a passenger on board, rolled. The passenger, a 21 year old man from Kamsack, was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Kamsack RCMP continues to investigate.
