Man arrested for robbing a business not once, but twice

Investigators with the Saskatoon Police Service have arrested a man in connection to a couple of robberies. One happened around 2:30 in the morning on March 16th when a man entered a business in the 100 block of Ruth Street East with a handgun. The man allegedly pointed the gun at an employee and demanded cash and cigarettes before fleeing the scene. Officers were able to track the suspect to a home in the 800 block of Hilliard Street East. The 19 year-old man was arrested without incident.

Police then gathered evidence with connected the suspect to another robbery that happened at the same location on December 8th. The 19 year-old faces a number of charges including two counts of robbery and two counts of disguise with intent.
