RCMP have arrested a 28-year-old Saskatoon man in connection to a shooting on the Beardy’s and Okemasis Cree Nation last Sunday that killed a man.
Robbie Cameron is facing one count of second-degree murder. He appeared in court today (wed).
On Sunday just before 6pm, Rosthern RCMP received a report of a shooting on the First Nation. Despite life-saving efforts, 22-year-old Cody Tait of Saskatoon was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the investigation is on-going and they believe there are additional suspects.
