The Saskatoon Police Service says they responded to an armed robbery call at Avenue S South and 20th Street West around 7:15 a.m. this morning.
The victim was a 26-year-old man who said he had been walking in the area when he was approached by a person, a knife was produced, and he was robbed of his wallet.
The victim was not hurt in the exchange.
A short time later a suspect was located near 21st Street West and Avenue T South. Police say multiple knives and the victim’s wallet were seized.
A 14 year old male was arrested after what was described as a brief struggle and charges are pending.
