A centre in Watrous serving adults with intellectual disabilities has completed a renovation project.
The Interlake Human Resources Corporation is a community-based organization that provides day programming for 18 individuals in the Watrous area. The renovations added another 1,500 square feet, a learning room, a quiet sensory room, a learning room and accessible washrooms.
The provincial Ministry of Social Services provided $350,000 to support the renovation.
