The Saskatoon Hilltops Spring Camp is underway, wrapping up later today at the Hilltops Clubhouse practice facility on Kilburn Avenue. There were two practice sessions yesterday at 10:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., with two more today, wrapping up with the annual Blue and Gold scrimmage at 1:30 p.m. Main camp starts the last weekend of July with the 2024 regular-season beginning on Sunday, August 11th when the Toppers host the Edmonton Huskies at 1 p.m. at Saskatoon Minor Football Field.

The U of Saskatchewan Huskies football team is continuing their spring camp today at Griffiths Stadium. Upwards of 100 football athletes…veterans, recruits and prospects…are taking part. The camp winds up today with the Green and White scrimmage game at 11 a.m. The Dogs will return in mid-August for main camp with their regular-season opening on Saturday, August 31st in Winnipeg against the Manitoba Bisons. The Huskies first home game is Friday, September 13th against the Calgary Dinos at 7 o’clock at Griffiths Stadium.
