Update: At 8:14 a.m. on Sunday morning, White Butte RCMP advised that collision cleanup was complete and Highway 46 had reopened.

At 2:22 p.m. Saturday, White Butte RCMP and local fire services responded to the intersection of Highway #46 and the overpass near Balgonie.
No injuries have been reported at this time; however, it was reported to police that the fertilizer is a hazardous material and people in the immediate area should use caution.
The eastbound lanes of Highway 46 are closed at the Highway 364 intersection. Emergency personnel is n scene, and drivers are asked to use extreme caution while being prepared to stop. Clean-up crews also worked in the areas of the Highway #1 overpass and the Highway #10 overpass.
