Saskatoon Police were alerted late Sunday afternoon that a 28-year-old woman walked into a business in the 1900 block of 20th Street West and said she had been stabbed. She had a baby with her.
Officers responded just before 4 pm and found the woman suffering from what were believed to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The child was taken into the care of Mobile Crisis.
Police learned there was an altercation at a home in the 300 block of Avenue S South. Four people at that address were detained for an aggravated assault investigation. The Serious Assault Unit is asking anyone with information to contact the police.
