The Saskatoon Fire Department responded to a kitchen fire in the 100 block of Avenue U South around 2:45 yesterday (Sun) afternoon. When fire crews first arrived, they noticed smoke coming from the second floor. The blaze was completely extinguished. All of the occupants were safely evacuated and there were no injuries reported.
