Coming up at 10 this morning (Mon) in the Legislative Building in Regina, is a commemoration of the victims from the Russia-Ukraine war to commemorate the victims. Today is the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion. There will be a ceremonial candle lighting and moment of silence to honour the fallen.
A government news release says to date, Saskatchewan has welcomed more than 7,800 displaced Ukrainians since the invasion began.
