The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit went ahead with the charges following a lengthy investigation.
A search warrant was executed at a Weyburn hom3 on July 17, 2024. Electronic devices were examined and seized by investigators.
Last Friday, 45-year-old Robert Brydon of Weyburn appeared in court charged with four counts of Luring a Child under 172.1 (c) of the Criminal Code.
Brydon was released on numerous conditions with his next court date set for June 24 in Weyburn.
