Traffic restrictions have been lifted after an early morning accident in Saskatoon.
Police say a truck hit a car travelling through 20th Street West and Avenue C South around 2 a.m. Tuesday, but the truck fled the scene.
The driver of the car, the only person inside, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The suspect vehicle was later located – abandoned.
Traffic restrictions had been in place in the 300 block of 20th Street, but the area was reopened to traffic around 9 a.m. Members of the Collision Analyst Unit are continuing to investigate.
