Saskatoon Police have dropped charges against a 37-year-old man arrested after a collision Wednesday morning on the University Bridge.
The man has been admitted to hospital under the Mental Health Services Act.
He had been originally been charged with dangerous driving, evading police and impaired driving. A vehicle had been speeding and moving erratically through traffic for more than half-an-hour prior to the collision which happened just before 9:30am. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries.
