Regina Police have charged a third person in relation to the homicide that occurred earlier this month.
At 4:30 a.m. on October 13, police were called to the 100 block of College Avenue to find a dead male.
Further investigation determined the death to be a homicide, and the RPS has since arrested 22-year-old Toni Moffatt and 24-year-old Andre Smith. They face charges of second-degree murder.
The latest arrest in connection to the murder was of 20-year-old Marshall Cote. He made his first appearance on this charge in Regina Provincial Court Monday morning.
