Lloydminster RCMP arrested two men from southern Saskatchewan after a traffic stop within city limits last Thursday.

Officers say they saw evidence consistent with the excise act and arrested the duo for being in possession of unstamped tobacco.

A search of the vehicle yielded approximately 13 grams of cocaine, 23 grams of fentanyl, a 410 shotgun with a defaced serial number, shotgun ammunition and a quantity of Canadian currency.

Thirty-three-year-old Ryley Lawlor of Regina is facing six weapon and drug charges while 20-year-old Tanner McIvor of Gravelbourg is facing several weapons charges.
