Rashad Witchekan-Bird was last seen in the R.M. of Corman Park on October 29th.
He is described as five-feet eight inches, 150 pounds and short black hair. Rashad was last seen wearing black Nike sneakers, jeans, t-shirt and a black hooding with lettering.
