There has been a single-vehicle, fatal accident in Regina. It happened just after midnight this morning (mon) alongside the westbound lane of Ring Road between the Albert Street and Wascana Parkway overpasses. Two other occupants of the vehicle were taken to hospital with serious injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
