Fond du Lac RCMP say Jacob John Pacquette, a 19 year old man from the community, has been charged with second degree murder and aggravated assault.
Fond du Lac RCMP were called out to a fight between several people at a home in Fond du Lac around 6 in the morning on Saturday.
An 18 year old man and a 19 year old woman were both injured and take to the local health centre. The 18 year old was pronounced dead and the woman was later released.
A suspect was tracked down at another home in the community a short time later.
Pacquette is in La Ronge Provincial Court today via telephone.
