If you saw what looked like a river rescue taking place just after 9 this morning at River Landing, it was not a body.
A concerned citizen reported an abnormality in the South Saskatchewan River – possibly a body in the water.
A firefighter diver entered the water to investigate and it was confirmed it was not a body and no further investigation was required.
