A Saskatoon man has been charged with impaired driving causing death and refusing to provide a breath sample, in connection to the investigation of an ATV accident on a farm in the Wakaw area.
Wakaw RCMP say 3 people were on the ATV Saturday night when the driver lost control and rolled the vehicle.
None of them were wearing a helmet.
One of the passengers, a 51 year old man was pronounced dead on the scene.
A 57 year old woman who was also a passenger and the 48 year old man who was driving weren’t injured.
Patrick Strong’s first court appearance is August 11th.
