Western Economic Diversification Canada is investing $8.3 million to help women-owned or women-led businesses across Western Canada recover from COVID-19. Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan will get $2 million in additional loan funds. In addition $300 thousand will be spread among the four Women’s Enterprise Initiative organizations for operating funding. The money will assist women-owned businesses that are unable to access larger federal relief funding programs relating to COVID-19 challenges.
