Glen Sauer, 54 years, of Regina has been charged with one count of Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle Causing Death in connection to a single vehicle rollover on July 12th.
RCMP say when first responders arrived on scene they found a 54 year old woman outside the vehicle, deceased. A 54 year old man inside the vehicle was taken to hospital in Regina.
The initial police investigation indicates that the SUV heading westbound on the Lumsden Beach access road rolled into a ditch around 2:30 in the morning.
Sauer was arrested on July 17th and is back in court September 10th.
