Monday night around seven o’clock, Saskatoon Police issued a statement that the southbound lanes of Mckercher Drive from 8th Street East to Parkdale Road were closed to all traffic due to a water main break. Drivers and pedestrians were being asked to avoid the area. The northbound lanes were still open at the time.
