Saskatoon Police are on the hunt for a suspect believed involved in two armed robberies which occurred minutes apart.

Around 10 a.m. this morning (tues) a male suspect, armed with a knife, entered Nordon Drugs on Louise Avenue and Isabella Street East. He demanded prescription medication and fled the scene carrying a black plastic bag.

About 25 minutes later, there was a second armed robbery at a pharmacy in the 200 block of Stonebridge Boulevard. Again, a man armed with a knife entered the business and demanded prescription medication. No one was hurt and the suspect is described as wearing a mask and gloves, a black hoodie, and grey sweat pants with the word “Jordan” down the left leg.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Saskatoon Police Service or Crime Stoppers.
