North Battleford will now be opening a drive-thru COVID-19 immunization clinic beginning Saturday – one day earlier than announced on Thursday. All residents are urged to seek vaccination as soon as they become eligible in order to protect themselves and those around them.
This clinic will be administering the AstraZeneca vaccine and goes Saturday through Wednesday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Cat Finning building- Highway 16 on the way to Lloydminster.
The drive-thru site will be on a first-come, first-served basis. ONLY those 55 years of age and older on the date of immunization will receive vaccine.
More drive-thru clinics have also opened or reopened in Prince Albert and Regina while a walk-in clinic has opened in Weyburn. A walk-in clinic in Swift Current is also open Saturday and Sunday as well.
