Clinics Ready With Third and Fourth Doses

It looks like the Saskatchewan Health Authority is now ready to provide third and fourth dose immunizations at its popup clinics and through participating pharmacies. On its website the SHA also says there is limited availability of the AstraZeneca vaccine. Residents requiring AstraZeneca are advised to check for vaccine availability and appointments on the patient booking system.

In Saskatoon, therapy dogs will be on site at the Prairieland Park location Saturday morning.

About These Immunization Clinics

  • Clinic listings are updated regularly, please check back for new/updated locations and times.
  • Note that clinics are removed once complete. If a clinic returns to an area it will be posted on this page.
  • Immunization is available to anyone who meets current vaccine eligibility.
  • You will be turned away from the clinic if you are not yet eligible.
  • These clinics are first-come, first-served only​.
  • A valid health card and/or identification will be requested for each person getting the vaccine.

Get Ready for Your Appointment

  • It is likely you will encounter some wait times​.
  • Bring your health card and cell phone (if you have one).
  • Wear a short-sleeved shirt.
  • Bring a mask with you. If the clinic is inside an SHA facility you will be required to wear a mask at all times.
  • You will be asked to clean your hands upon entrance.
  • It is important to maintain a physical distance of at least 2 metres (6 feet) from others – except those you live with.
  • Expect to stay 15 minutes after your vaccine.​

Immunization Sites

FIRST DOSE ELIGIBILITY: All residents aged 12 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER on the date of immunization.

Note that only the Pfizer vaccine has been approved for use with residents aged 12 to 17​.

SECOND DOSE ELIGIBILITY: All residents, a minimum of 28 days after their first dose. 

Residents who received AstraZeneca for their first dose may receive AstraZeneca as a second dose starting or they may choose an alternate mRNA vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) for  their second dose. Clinics below will list the brand of vaccines offered at the clinic on the specific date.

  • ​​​If you have had any type of immunization in the last 14 days, you will​ not be eligible to receive the COVID-19 immunization.
  • If you are currently ordered to be in isolation due to COVID-19, you will not be eligible to receive immunization.

THIRD/FOURTH DOSE IMMUNIZATIONS

The Government of Saskatchewan has permitted additional doses of COVID-19 vaccines for those who may require it for international travel. Third/fourth dose immunizations are available through SHA clinics and through participating pharmaciesOpens in new window.
