Emergency crews responded to a home in the 2800 block of Victoria Avenue in Regina early this morning (thurs) after it was struck by lightning.
Around 3 a.m., the Regina Fire Department responded after residents reported their house had been struck by lightning as a storm past through the Queen City knocking out power to different areas.
A fire investigator is on scene to confirm the cause. Regina Fire tweeted saying damage to the house is minor.
