Luke Cote is running away with the men’s division after two rounds of the Provincial Junior Championships in Swift Current.
The Regina product carded a second consecutive six under-par 66 Wednesday for a 36-hole total of 12-under 132 over the Chinook Golf Course, good for a 12-shot lead on Darien Herlick of Zone 4 Parkland.
On the female side, there is a change on the leaderboard. Sarah Armstrong of Comox, B-C, carded a three under-par 69 Wednesday for a 36-hole total of one-under 145. That’s five shots better than first round leader Hallie Crozier of Regina, who fired a 75 Wednesday.
