The Regina Police Service is investigating a fatal pedestrian/vehicle collision which happened around 1 Saturday morning, Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Rae Street about an injured person lying on the ground and when they arrived, they found a female suffering serious injuries. She was transported to hospital by EMS, but a short time later succumbed to her injuries.
Police say she was struck by a vehicle which didn’t remain at the scene of the accident. The investigation is ongoing, and no other details are available at this time.
