A sudden death call in Saskatoon on the weekend has resulted in charges and involved a toddler.
Saskatoon police received the call at 11:23 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Avenue T South.
In an update, the Saskatoon Police Service report that a 42-year-old woman will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court Monday, charged with one count of Criminal Negligence Causing Death.
The woman was charged following the death of a 1-year-old boy at a home in the Pleasant Hill neighbourhood.
