Monday morning around 10:30 a.m. Saskatoon Police dispatched officers to the 1700 block of 20th Street West for a report of an injured person.
Officers located a woman with injuries consistent with a stab wound and their investigation leads them to believe the incident happened in the 300 block of Avenue Q South.
The suspect and the victim were known to one another and police continue to investigate.
