Co-op’s Fuel Good Day broke a new record this year, with over $795,000 being raised across Western Canada.
The new record beats the previous mark of $704,000, which was set last year.
Fuel Good Day has been held every year in September since 2017, with Co-ops across Western Canada donating 5 cents or more per litre to local charities and non-profit organizations.
So far, over $5.6 million has been raised for over 1000 local organizations on Fuel Good Day.
